To book a VIP room at the European Digital Ocean Pavilion during the UN Ocean Conference 2025 in Nice, please follow these guidelines:
  • Availability: Two VIP rooms are available within the Pavilion.  
  • Capacity: Each room accommodates up to 8 people.
  • Duration: Each booking slot is 30 minutes. 
  • Extended Bookings: You may reserve multiple consecutive slots for longer meetings (e.g., 1 hour or more).
NB: you must be registered and logged in to the European Digital Ocean Pavilion to book you slot(s).
