Daphne Lecellier is an environmental engineer with experience in scientific and environmental diplomacy. She previously worked at the Science and Technology Service of the Embassy of France in Japan and at the French Ministry of Environment on the Paris Agreement negotiations. She joined GEO Blue Planet EU Office in October 2024 and supports especially the Marine Litter and the Fisheries Working Groups.
