For over 30 years, Yann Arthus-Bertrand has been traveling across France with his mobile studio to capture portraits of its residents, accompanied by their loved ones.
His project aims to create a true social portrait of France, which will be brought to life through the publication of a major book by Actes Sud, as well as a large traveling exhibition across the country. The result will be hundreds of photographs portraying a joyful, positive, and optimistic France.
Since spring 2023, Yann Arthus-Bertrand has set up his studio in several French cities such as Reims, Cherbourg, Arles, Céret, and Bordeaux, among others. He will continue his journey through March 2025 and invites you to visit one of these studios.
